Each venture in our portfolio, including Tadros Permitting Solutions, operates under Tadros Equities LLC. That includes our software products: Tadros Equities LLC is the publisher of record for every app we release on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
We hold and manage our ventures under one company, with shared standards for how each one operates.
We start new businesses and products, and build them with a long-term view.
Portfolio
A permitting services business operating as a DBA of Tadros Equities LLC. We help property owners and contractors prepare, submit and track permit applications.
RigidPermit is our first mobile app, a permitting tool for iPhone and Android published by Tadros Equities LLC. It is in final development, and full details will be posted here at launch.

This policy explains how Tadros Equities LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our website and our mobile apps (together, the "Services").
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Services (such as app hosting, database and analytics providers), when required by law, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can delete your account from within the app where that option is offered, or ask us to delete your account and data by emailing atadros@tadrosequities.com. We will process verified requests within 30 days.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You can update your information in the app, opt out of non-essential messages, and request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date.

These terms govern your use of the website and apps provided by Tadros Equities LLC. By using the Services, you agree to these terms.

Paid features and subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings before the renewal date. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
The Services, including their software, design and content, are owned by Tadros Equities LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the apps on devices you own or control.
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to operate the Services.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tadros Equities LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may suspend or end access to the Services if these terms are violated. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and Tadros Equities LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the apps or their content and has no obligation to provide support for them.
